Subscription Policy — Les Soins Du Barbu
Discover our subscription program for Les Soins Du Barbu personal care products. Receive your favorite products regularly with flexibility and savings. A service designed for men who take care of themselves.
1. Service Description
Our subscription program allows you to automatically receive your selected care products every 4 weeks (monthly), according to the preferences chosen during your registration. Products available for subscription are clearly identified on our online store.
2. Price and Billing
The price of each delivery is indicated at the time of subscription. Subscribers benefit from an exclusive discount compared to the regular price. Billing is carried out automatically every 4 weeks, on the anniversary date of your first purchase, via the payment method registered in your account.
Prices may be changed with reasonable notice communicated by email before the next billing.
3. Duration and Renewal
The subscription is for an indefinite period and renews automatically every 4 weeks until you cancel it. There is no minimum commitment period.
4. Right to Cancel
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CQLR, c. P-40.1) of Quebec, you may cancel your subscription at any time, without charge or penalty, by giving 7 days notice before the date of your next scheduled delivery.
To cancel, you can:
- Log in to your customer account on our store and manage your subscription directly;
- Send us an email at info@lessoinsdubarbu.com indicating your name, order number, and your cancellation request.
Any request received less than 7 days before the next delivery will be processed for the following cycle.
5. Right of Withdrawal
For any distance contract, you have a right of withdrawal in accordance with Quebec's Consumer Protection Act. If you wish to exercise this right, please contact us within the time limits provided by law at info@lessoinsdubarbu.com.
6. Refunds
If a subscription order has already been shipped at the time of your cancellation request, it cannot be canceled for that cycle. No refunds will be issued for orders already shipped, except in case of a defective product or an error on our part, in accordance with our return policy.
In the event of billing after a valid and timely cancellation request, we will proceed with a full refund within 10 business days.
7. Subscription Modifications
You can modify your subscription preferences (products, quantity, delivery address) at any time via your customer account or by contacting us by email, subject to 7 days notice before the next delivery.
We reserve the right to modify the terms of this program. Any change will be communicated to you by email at least 30 days before its effective date.
